Cajun Asparagus in Brown Butter Sauce

With the sous vide and steam function in the Anova Precision Oven, you will never end up with overcooked asparagus again. Using this method of cooking locks in moisture and cooks the asparagus quickly. Removing the spears from the oven while it comes up to a higher temperature for roasting ensures that the asparagus comes out perfectly seared and crunchy.
Note: If you are not a fan of capers, you can omit them without fundamentally changing the recipe. Similarly, if you would prefer a dish with more subtle flavors, cut back on the lemon juice by half. This dish would be perfect as a side dish served alongside roasted salmon or chicken.
