Use your Anova Precision Oven’s sous vide mode and steam function to quickly cook green beans to al dente perfection. This recipe is the perfect add on to a meal once your entrée is done cooking. For softer beans, cook for an additional two minutes. While this seasoning combination is perfect for many meals, add sautéed garlic and parsley to pair with steak, or dill to serve with salmon.

Green beans, trimmed
½ Tbsp
Melted butter
½ tsp
Lemon zest
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven

Sous Vide Mode: On
Steam: 100%
Temp: 185°F
Heat: Rear

2. Put green beans on pan

Add trimmed green beans to the perforated pan.
Put green beans on pan

3. Cook beans

Sous Vide Mode: On
Steam: 100%
Temp: 185°F
Heat: Rear

4. Season beans

Add green beans to a large bowl with melted butter. Season with zest, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
