Want to make toast for a crowd all at once? Unlike your typical oven, the Anova Precision Oven’s ability to add just a touch of steam keeps toast chewy, not crunchy like a crouton. Use an extra rack layer for additional toast space. By placing the toast directly on the rack there’s no need to flip them over. This is a cold start recipe- no preheating required.
