Clafoutis is a cross between a custard and a pancake, and a very easy dessert or snack to whip up in the afternoon. It originates from France and is basically fruit topped with a sweetened batter.
By using the Anova Precision Oven’s steam bake feature, this dessert is always evenly cooked with a moist, custardy center.
This recipe calls for blueberries and blackberries, but feel free to use any fruit you’d like.
