Fondant Sweet Potatoes with Lemon Tzatziki

Sometimes called "melting potatoes,” fondant potatoes are soft, decadent, and they practically melt in the center. They’re usually made by searing on the stovetop and then finished in a pool of broth in the oven.
By using the Anova Precision Oven, you can accomplish all of this without the use of your stove and without a pool of broth! The end result is soft, luscious sweet potato flavored with spicy harissa and sweet black garlic, and served with a cooling lemon tzatziki. This dish makes a great small plate/appetizer, side dish, or addition to any family-style meal.
Note: For best results, choose medium sweet potatoes with a long, straight shape.
