Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Steps
1. Preheat the Oven
Rack
Sous Vide Mode: Off
Steam: 100%
Temp: 212°F
Heat: Rear
2. Prepare Quinoa
Spread the quinoa in an even layer on a rimmed sheet pan. Pour the water and oil over the top.
3. Cook

Transfer to the oven and cook until tender, 25 minutes.

Steam: 100%
Temp: 212°F
Heat: Rear

4. Rest
Turn off the oven but leave the quinoa inside with the oven door closed for 5 minutes. After resting, remove from the oven and fluff with a fork.
