Double Chocolate Donuts

These delicious vegan chocolate donuts are simple, easy, and come out perfectly fluffy thanks to precise temps in the Anova Precision Oven. They are a chocolate lover’s dream come true. The entire recipe uses 8 ingredients, takes 20 minutes in The Anova Precision Oven, and the result is a perfectly delicious batch of 12 baked donuts!

Melted Vegan Butter
1.25 cups
Non Dairy Milk
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1 tsp
Baking Soda
1.5 tsp
Baking Powder
1 cup
½ cup
Cocoa Powder
2 cups
All Purpose Flour
4 Tbsp
Optional : Chocolate Syrup for Topping

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat Oven
Sous Vide Mode: Off
Steam: Off
Temp: 350°F
Heat: Rear

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, use a whisk to mix together melted vegan butter, non dairy milk, and vanilla.

3. Add Dry Ingredients (minus cocoa)

Add baking soda, baking powder, and sugar to the mixture and use a whisk to mix.

4. Whisk in Cocoa Powder

Whisk in cocoa powder until completely combined.

5. Add Flour

Use a whisk to mix in flour, the batter will be thick. Be careful not to over mix.

6. Fill Donut Molds

Fill 12 greased donut molds with batter

7. Bake for 20 Minutes

Steam: Off
Temp: 350°F
Heat: Rear

8. Remove Donuts

Remove the donuts from the pan right away to cool.

9. Drizzle Chocolate Syrup and Enjoy!

Option to drizzle the donuts with chocolate syrup before serving or go ahead and enjoy immediately!
