With the Anova Precision Oven, it’s easy to make bloody Marys for a crowd! Use the oven to infuse flavors into a basic mixture of tomato juice and vodka, ensuring the perfect mixed drink without needing to add fixings to each one. Whether you prefer extra spice or extra umami, you can tailor this recipe to your preferences using the ingredients below as a starting point. Note: The prep time includes an hour for cooling after infusion.

Ingredients
2.75 cups
tomato juice
1 cup
vodka
3 Tbsp
mezcal
2 Tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
hot sauce, such as Valentina
1.5 tsp
low-sodium soy sauce
1.5 tsp
molasses
1.5 tsp
Old Bay
1 tsp
Vegemite
½ tsp
freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp
tomato paste
¼ tsp
chili powder
3 slices
jalapeño pepper
Garnishes, such as lemon, celery, and olives
Steps

1. Preheat the Oven

Rack
Sous Vide Mode: On
Steam: 100%
Temp: 135°F
Heat: Rear

2. Mix Ingredients

In a large container with a lid, such as a Dutch oven, stir together all of the ingredients except for the garnishes. Cover.

Transfer to the oven and cook for 1 hour.

Temp: 135°F
Heat: Rear

4. Cool

Remove from the oven, uncover, and let cool for 1 hour.

5. Serve

Pour the bloody Mary mixture into tall glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with the lemon, celery and olives. Serve.
