Sweet and Spicy Sticky Wings
As far as I’m concerned, sweet and spicy sticky wings are far superior to any other style of chicken wing. In addition to this undeniable flavor combination, these wings are also sufficiently salty with a nice acidic balance thanks to fresh lime juice. And the Anova Precision Oven makes it quick and easy to get wings that are slightly crispy, perfectly sticky, and not at all dry.
This recipe doesn’t require too much active time — two cook stages totaling 30 minutes — but you do need to plan for a few extra hours to marinate the wings before they go in the oven.
Note: After further testing, this recipe has been updated to reduce the glaze on the stovetop before using, remove the parchment paper, and increase the final cooking time.
