These unfussy biscuits are made with dough blitzed together in a food processor and are ready to eat in under 30 minutes. The Anova Precision Oven’s convection function cooks these quickly and evenly, creating the perfect browned exterior without drying out the inside. Because the oven is incredibly precise, you’ll get perfect results every time. Pair with eggs and bacon for a glorious breakfast sandwich.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. Combine Dry Ingredients
Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, chives, salt, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and black pepper in a food processor. Pulse to combine.
3. Grate Cheese
Add the grating attachment onto the food professor and grate the cheese directly into the flour mixture.
4. Grate Butter
Grate the butter into the mixture in the same way as the cheese.
5. Add Milk
Remove the grating attachment. Gradually pour 1 cup of the milk through the food processor’s feed tube into the batter, pulsing to combine. The batter will be very thick.
6. Drop Biscuits
Use two spoons to form the batter into 6 large biscuits on the prepared pan.
7. Brush with Milk
Brush the top of each biscuit with the remaining milk.
8. Bake
Rack
Transfer to the oven and bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with butter.

I also used 5 oz of cheese and added more butter. Also chopped up about 1/2 cup of leftover cooked bacon. Made seven big hand biscuits.
