Steamed baby bok choy or any other green can be the center of a light meal or a side dish as part of a feast. With the Anova Precision Oven, you can control the power of the steam so that the greens cook gently.

baby bok choy

kosher salt
Steps

1. Preheat the Oven

2. Prepare the Bok Choy

Trim off the root end of the bok choy. Cut in half lengthwise and trim out the core.

3. Rinse and Arrange

Rinse the bok choy leaves in cool water and drain. Then arrange in a single layer on a perforated or solid sheet pan.

Transfer to the oven and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
