No need to brave the Bering Sea for Alaskan King Crab, because our friends at Crowd Cow will ship it direct to your kitchen! We’re taking these behemoth crustaceans and giving them a steam bath in the Anova Precision Oven to cook them to perfection.

Lemons, cut into wedges.
4 oz
Butter, melted
Steps

1. Preheat Oven

Sous Vide Mode: On
Steam: 100%
Temp: 150°F
Heat: Rear
00:10 Timer

2. Prepare Crab Legs

Place crab legs on a sheet pan with an elevated cooling rack to allow even air flow. A perforated steam pan will work too.

3. Cook for 45 minutes

Sous Vide Mode: On
Steam: 100%
Temp: 150°F
Heat: Rear

4. Remove from Oven and serve warm!

Remove crab meat from the legs and claws, using shears if necessary. Squeeze lemon over crab meat, and dip in warm melted butter to eat!
