No need to brave the Bering Sea for Alaskan king crab, because our friends at Crowd Cow will ship it directly to your kitchen! We’re taking these behemoth crustaceans and giving them a steam bath in the Anova Precision Oven to cook them to perfection.

lemons, cut into wedges, for serving
8 Tbsp (1 stick)
unsalted butter, melted, for serving
Steps

1. Preheat the Oven

Steam: 100%
Temp: 150°F
Heat: Rear

2. Prepare Crab

Place the crab legs on a perforated pan or wire rack set in a sheet pan.

Transfer to the oven and cook for 45 minutes.

4. Serve Warm

Transfer to a platter. Use shears to remove the meat from the shells. Squeeze lemon over the meat. Serve with the butter for dipping.
