Does your recipe require the crab legs to be defrosted first? Or can we use the low temperature to heat up the frozen crab legs?

frozen is preferred!

Is 45 minutes right for unfrozen crab legs? You mention crowd cow, who shops everything frozen solid, and the other recipe in this here app calls for 5 minutes, not 45.

it is. The other recipe is cooking them at 212F. This recipe is a lower gentler cook which takes longer.
