Steam: 20%
Temp: 400°F
Heat: Rear
2. Add Wet Ingredients
Add olive oil and milk. Mix until dough forms. Be careful not to over mix. Use your hands to form the dough into a mound and place it on a piece of foil. Place the foil and dough on a baking sheet.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and garlic powder.
4. Bake Bread

Bake the bread uncovered for 15 minutes, the crust will become brown and hard. Then, wrap the foil around the entire “loaf” and bake for a remaining 10 minutes.
