Old-fashioned rolled oats are full of fiber and other health benefits. This recipe allows for batch cooking and zero stirring, which is perfect for family breakfast or brunch for a crowd. It even works for a small household—just reheat any leftovers with a splash of liquid and place into cold oven, set to 100% humidity and 212°F. It’ll be ready when the oven reaches its target temperature.
