Steps

2. Make Fajita Seasoning
In a small bowl, mix together the cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, and cayenne (if using).
3. Prep Vegetables
Slice the peppers and onion into 1/2-inch-thick strips.
4. Prep Chicken
Slice the chicken into 1/2-inch-thick strips. Toss with the fajita seasoning to evenly coat.
5. Combine
Transfer the vegetables and chicken to a rimmed sheet pan and toss with the oil.
6. Cook

Transfer to the oven and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the vegetables are crisp-tender, 18 to 20 minutes.
