Make a quick one sheet pan meal full of tender moist chicken and vegetables using the Anova Precision Oven. The steam from the Anova Oven helps to make the chicken moist and juicy while also making the vegetables tender as well.

Cayenne Pepper (optional if you do not want spicy seasoning )

Kosher Salt

Granulated White Sugar

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Cilantro (optional for garnish)

Steps

1. Make Fajita Seasoning

Mix together the paprika, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, sugar, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to make a fajita seasoning.

2. Prep The Vegetables

Cut all of the vegetables into strips.

3. Prep Chicken Breasts

Cut the chicken breasts into 1/2 inch thick strips.

4. Season Chicken.

Season the chicken with the fajita seasoning.

5. Combine Ingredients

Toss the vegetables, seasoned chicken and oil together on a pan.

6. Preheat Oven

Temp: 375°F
Heat: Rear

7. Cook Chicken Bake

Place the pan on the third row of the oven. Cook the fajita chicken bake for 18 to 20 minutes until chicken has cooked through.

8. Serve

Garnish with chopped cilantro and limes. Serve with tortillas, refried beans and rice for a complete meal.
