Steps
1. Make Fajita Seasoning
Mix together the paprika, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, sugar, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder to make a fajita seasoning.
2. Prep The Vegetables
Cut all of the vegetables into strips.
3. Prep Chicken Breasts
Cut the chicken breasts into 1/2 inch thick strips.
4. Season Chicken.
Season the chicken with the fajita seasoning.
5. Combine Ingredients
Toss the vegetables, seasoned chicken and oil together on a pan.
6. Preheat Oven

7. Cook Chicken Bake
Place the pan on the third row of the oven. Cook the fajita chicken bake for 18 to 20 minutes until chicken has cooked through.
