This Shrimp Boil is so flavorful! Because it is made in the Anova Precision Oven there is a concentration of flavor in every single component. This is a really easy dinner recipe or crowd-pleasing meal.

Ingredients
1 lb
Baby Red Potatoes
12.8 oz
Andouille Sausage or other smoky sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Ears
Fresh Corn on the Cob, each year cut into 6 pieces
1 lb
Jumbo Shrimp, deveined, skin on (about 16 shrimp per pound)
1 tsp
Salt, divided
½ tsp
Cajun seasoning, divided (salt-free)
¼ tsp
Ground Black Pepper, divided
8 Tbsp
Unsalted Butter
1 Tbsp
Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp
Cajun seasoning, salt-free

Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp
Dried Parsley
Steps

1. Preheat the Oven

Sous Vide Mode: On
Steam: 100%
Temp: 212°F
Heat: Rear

2. Prep Potatoes

Rinse the baby red potatoes and pat dry. Cut the potatoes in halves and place in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning over the potatoes. Toss well to combine. Place the potatoes on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.

3. Cook Potatoes

Place the potatoes into the steam oven and cook until fork tender.

Heat: Rear

4. Add Corn and Sausage

Remove the cooked potatoes from the steam oven then add in the cut corn and sausages.

Let the corn and sausages cook for 5 minutes.

6. Add Shrimp

Place shrimp in a bowl. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning over the shrimp. Toss well to combine. Remove sheet pan from the oven and add shrimp over the other ingredients.

7. Cook Shrimp

Place the sheet pan back into the steam oven and cook until the shrimp turn pink.

8. Make Sauce

Place a skillet on medium heat on a stovetop. Add the butter to the skillet and let it melt. Add in the minced garlic and stir. Add in the 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning and parsley and stir. Add in 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon of white pepper, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Let everything simmer for 2 minutes then turn off the heat.

9. Pour Sauce Over Shrimp Boil

Pour the butter sauce over the shrimp boil and toss to combine.

10. Serve

Serve the shrimp boil with lemon wedges and garnished with minced parsley.
