This shrimp boil is so flavorful! Because it is made in the Anova Precision Oven, there is a concentration of flavor in every single component. This is a really easy weeknight dinner recipe or crowd-pleasing meal for a party.

Ingredients
1 lb
baby red potatoes, halved
3.5 tsp
salt-free Cajun seasoning, divided
1 tsp
salt, divided
1 (12.8-oz)
andouille or other smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 ears
corn, cut into 1- to 2-inch pieces
1 lb (about 16)
shell-on jumbo shrimp, deveined
8 Tbsp (1 stick)
unsalted butter
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice, plus lemon wedges, for serving
1 Tbsp
dried parsley
⅛ tsp
ground white pepper

Steps

1. Preheat the Oven

2. Season Potatoes

Combine the potatoes, 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, and 1/4 salt in a large bowl. Toss well to combine. Transfer to a parchment- or silicone mat-lined sheet pan, reserving the bowl.

3. Cook Potatoes

Rack
Transfer to the oven and cook until fork-tender, about 20 minutes.

4. Add Sausage and Corn

Carefully remove the sheet pan from the oven. Add the sausage and corn in an even layer around the potatoes.

Return to the oven and cook for 5 minutes.

6. Season Shrimp

Meanwhile, combine the shrimp with 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon salt in the now-empty bowl. Toss well to combine.

7. Add Shrimp

Carefully remove the sheet pan from the oven. Add the shrimp in an even layer on top of the vegetables and sausage.

Return to the oven and cook until the shrimp have turned pink, about 5 minutes.

9. Make Sauce

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, followed by the remaining Cajun seasoning, remaining salt, the lemon juice, dried parsley, and pepper. Let simmer for 2 minutes and then remove from the heat.

10. Add Sauce and Serve

Pour the butter sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss to combine and serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.
