A fun and delicious spin on a classic loaded baked potato. The flavor of the sweet potato pairs perfectly with the creamy almond butter and tart berries. The Anova Oven cooks the potato to perfection. Simply peel back the crispy skin to reveal soft and fluffy sweet potatoes. Add the toppings and enjoy! This is a healthy weekday breakfast that everyone will love!

Sweet Potatoes
4 Tbsp
Almond Butter
4 Cups
Mixed Berries
2 Tbsp
Olive Oil
Steps

1. Preheat Oven

Rack
Sous Vide Mode: Off
Steam: 10%
Temp: 400°F
Heat: Bottom, Top

2. Wrap Potatoes in Foil

Cut 4 sheets of aluminum foil and place one potato in the center of each sheet. Drizzle about 1/2 a Tbsp of olive oil on each potato and then loosely wrap the foil around the potatoes. Place on a baking sheet.

4. Add Toppings & Enjoy!

After removing potatoes from the Oven, slice them open and use a fork to mash the insides. The skin should be crisp and the flesh should be soft and fluffy. Top each potato with one cup of berries and 1 Tbsp of almond butter. Enjoy warm!
