This easy, garlicky baked tilapia is ready in 20 minutes from start to finish. The convection oven function of the Anova Precision Oven keeps the fish perfectly moist and flaky. My daughter says it’s the best fish she’s ever had!

I substitute seasonings with Cajon Land Blackened Redfish Seasoning and it’s Awesome!

This is a great easy recipe. I don’t see why the spices can’t be changed up, I’d just be careful of rubs with sugar in them. I paired it with the spicy charred broccoli and it was a nice meal.

This came out just about perfect. I let it run just a little long because I had something come up right as the timer went off 12 min is probably the perfect amount of time.
Tilapia was flaky and flavorful.
