Let the best oatmeal you've ever had take care of itself while you get ready for the day! Oatmeal in the Anova Precision Oven is ridiculously easy. No risk of stovetop or microwave boil-over and no stirring means you can just set it and forget it. This recipe is for one portion of oatmeal, cooked directly in the bowl. Scale it up to make as many portions as you like. The cooking time remains the same. Note: You can use whatever liquid you’d like to cook the oatmeal; whole milk yields the creamiest texture, but non-dairy milks like oat or almond, or even just water, are also delicious. If you like thinner oatmeal, stir in additional milk after cooking.
