This spicy charred broccoli is super easy to make and cooks in just 12 minutes in the Anova Precision Oven. Adding 50% steam, along with a hot oven, helps the broccoli to cook quickly but still get a nice char.
Notes: You can adjust the amount of sriracha in the recipe to suit your own taste. We like to put the cooked broccoli back in the mixing bowl and toss it in the remaining sauce after it comes out of the oven, but you can skip that step if you prefer it dry. This recipe also makes a great vegetarian main dish when served over rice.
