Butter-Basted Cod with Lemon and Thyme

The Anova Precision Oven makes it easy to perfectly cook white fish that’s tender and flaky all the way through. This recipe takes advantage of the Precision Oven’s sous vide mode and use of the probe to ensure perfect cooking, no matter the thickness of the fish. You can then finish it in a pan with butter and herbs for flavor and color.
Note: This method works for cod, as well as similar white fish, such as halibut or sea bass. You can even use the cook settings to prepare fish for a crowd!
