Steam: 20%
Temp: 350°F
Heat: Rear
2. Season Wings
In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, thyme, and pepper. Add the wings and toss to coat evenly in the seasoning mixture.
3. Transfer to Pan
Transfer to a well-buttered rimmed sheet pan. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the largest wing.
4. Bake
