Quick Baked Turkey Wings

These juicy, succulent, and extremely flavorful baked turkey wings make a really easy dinner. Serve with your favorite vegetable and/or starch. By using the probe of the Anova Precision Oven, you can tell when the turkey is fully done and eliminate guesswork. Plus, with the even heat distribution of the convection function of the oven, the turkey wings cook super quickly.

Quick Baked Turkey Wings

Ingredients
3 Tbsp
unsalted butter, melted, plus more for the pan
1 Tbsp
chicken bouillon powder
2 tsp
onion powder
2 tsp
garlic powder
2 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
salt
½ tsp
ground or dried thyme
⅛ tsp
ground white or black pepper
5 lb
turkey wings, split at the joints
Steps

1. Preheat the Oven

Rack
Sous Vide Mode: Off
Steam: 20%
Temp: 350°F
Heat: Rear

2. Season Wings

In a large bowl, whisk together the butter, bouillon powder, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, thyme, and pepper. Add the wings and toss to coat evenly in the seasoning mixture.

3. Transfer to Pan

Transfer to a well-buttered rimmed sheet pan. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the largest wing.

4. Bake

Rack
Transfer to the oven, attach the probe, and cook until the probe reaches its target temperature, about 25 minutes.
