For a more traditional banana bread recipe, you can omit the chocolate chips and cinnamon.
Note: After further testing, this recipe has been updated to use three bananas instead of four.

vanilla extract

Steps
1. Preheat Oven and Prep Pan
Rack
Grease a 9- by 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick oil spray.
Sous Vide Mode: Off
Steam: 20%
Temp: 325°F
Heat: Rear
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
In a medium bowl, stir together the bananas, chocolate chips, butter, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugars, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
4. Combine Wet and Dry
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not over-mix the batter.
5. Add Batter to Loaf Pan
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
6. Cook Bread
Rack
Bake the banana bread until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.

Let the bread cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
