Steam-Baked Frozen Waffles

This method for cooking perfect frozen waffles was shared by a user in one of the Anova Precision Oven Facebook fan groups. (Did you know there were Facebook fan groups for the APO?!) We loved it so much we decided it needed to be in the app. By using 30% steam, you’ll get waffles that are crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside.

frozen waffles, preferably Eggo
Steps
1. Preheat the Oven
Rack
Sous Vide Mode: Off
Steam: 30%
Temp: 375°F
Heat: Rear
2. Cook
Rack
Place the waffles directly on the wire rack and cook until warm and crisp, about 7 minutes. No need to flip.
Sous Vide Mode: Off
Steam: 30%
Temp: 375°F
Heat: Rear

Serve immediately with butter and maple syrup.
