This perfectly cooked asparagus is nestled in a cheesy puff pastry tart that’s ideal for Easter and other spring brunches. By using the steam function of the Anova Precision Oven, you’ll never end up with dry, stringy asparagus again!
Note: This recipe works best when there’s some airflow underneath the asparagus while steaming. To do so, the recipe uses a perforated pan, which is now available to order through Anova. If you don't have one, placing a wire rack over a sheet pan or oven rack works as a substitute.
