These wings are shatteringly crispy, fall-off-the-bone, and ready for your favorite sauces or seasonings. This basic method is a great starting point for your own creativity.
Notes: This recipe will generate some vaporized fat and smoke in your kitchen. So open a window or run your oven hood for better ventilation. Keeping the oven door closed as much as possible during cooking will help, too.
Although no steam is being generated in the cook, you may see lots of steam pouring out of the oven vent—this is the water being driven off the wings as they cook.
