All-purpose seasoning mix
½ to ¾ cup
grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp
minced garlic
Ranch dressing
Chopped chives
Steps

1. Preheat the Oven

2. Parcook the Potatoes

Spread the potatoes on a sheet pan, transfer to the oven, and cook until the exterior is just starting to turn tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the oven.

4. Add Seasoning
