Baked French Toast Loaf

This easy baked French toast is served loaf-style and uses the Anova Precision Oven in multiple steps. First, toast the bread from a cold start, then dip in custard and bake until tender and moist with a crisp crust. It’s the optimal shape for adding berries and toppings, and is the perfect dish for easy brunch-time entertaining.
Note: You can use another variety of sliced bread if you prefer. If you choose an unsweetened bread, you may want to add a bit of sugar to the dairy mixture.
