Reheating leftover Thanksgiving turkey is easy and foolproof in the Anova Precision Oven. By heating the meat at 150°F (66°C), you can be sure that you won’t dry it out. And using sliced meat means it’ll warm as quickly as possible. Using full steam in sous vide mode also adds back any moisture lost during the first round of serving and storage; however, if you’re concerned about keeping crisp skin crisp, you can use these same settings with 0% steam. Keep in mind, though, that turning the steam to 0% means that the reheat will take about 5 minutes longer.
