These Sheet Pan Pancakes are perfect for breakfast! Because of its steam function the Anova Precision Oven cooks the pancake to be perfectly fluffy. As it cooks the fruits get jammy, the cream cheese melts, and the batter puffs up. It is to die for!

Ingredients
2 cups
All-purpose flour
2 Tbsp
Sugar
1 Tbsp
Baking powder
¼ tsp
Salt
2 cups
Buttermilk
2
Large eggs
¼ cup
Unsalted butter, melted
1 cup
Strawberries hulled and sliced
1 cup
Blueberries
4 oz
Cream cheese
Steps

1. Preheat Oven

Sous Vide Mode: Off
Steam: 50%
Temp: 350°F
Heat: Rear

2. Make the Batter

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add in the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter. Mix until just combined. Pour batter into a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Level the top of the batter with a spatula. Top the batter with strawberries, blueberries and dabs of cream cheese.

Place the pancakes into the preheated oven and let them cook for 15 minutes until the fruits are jammy and bubbly and the pancake is slightly brown.

4. Serve

Slice the pancakes and serve warm with more fresh fruits and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
